Print jobs from Mac clients are getting stuck in the "Jobs Retained" list in iManager.

All print jobs coming from Mac clients are getting stuck in the "Jobs Retained" list in iManager and will not print while security is set to medium (the default).  Windows XP workstations printing to the same printer agent print without problems. 

iManager | Manage Printers | Printer Control | Retained Jobs

Work around:  Set the security on the printer to low and restart the printer agent.  If you need to, create a separate printer agent for mac users and set that to low only instead of the main printer agent.

iManager | Manage Printer | Access Control | Security | Low

Also, if that still doesn't work,  you can set the printers to print directly to the printer.

iManager | Manage Printer | Client Support | iPrint Direct | Enable iPrint Direct Printing (default = unchecked)
