Token In Use Error when attempting to launch ZENworks 10 Admin Studio

Situation

Unable to launch ZENworks 10 Admin Studio

ERROR: token is in use

Error happens when trying to run Admin Studio from an XP workstation against a ZCM 10 Zone running on a SLES 10 server.

Resolution

In this instance, the NIC on the SLES 10 SP2 server was changed to be a different NIC than the default Broadcom 5708 NIC that is installed by default on an HPDL380G4 server.

Additional Information

The communication to and from the SLES server on the Broadcom 5708 NIC appeared to be dropping packets, contributing to the token error message.  Once a different NIC was used, the Admin Studio application ran without any errors.
