GroupWise Task printing in HTML vs PlainText not the same

GroupWise Print Calendar Tasks are printing on one line. 

Print Calendar HTML tasks will ignore carriage returns and display all on
one line, while the plain text appointment will display on multiple lines as they should.

This problem has been reported to GroupWise development.  This issue is slated to be fixed in the GroupWise Bonsai client.

I am duplicating this with the 5-28-2008 build of Bonsai and GW 7 SP3 under
Windows 2003 with the below steps :

In GroupWise : 

1.  create two appointments on the same date, different time - one plain text,
one HTML.  Enter multiple lines in the body of each.  For example:

Meeting to discuss issue X
Be sure to bring printout
yadda yadda yadda

2.  Send and then accept the appointments.

3.  Click Calendar, then click File | Print Calendar.  On the Form tab, choose
Expandable Day Calendar (this also happens with other views according to the
customer).  On the content tab, under Appointments, click Message.  Click
Preview.  The HTML appointment will ignore carriage returns and display all on
one line, while the plain text appointment will display on multiple lines. 
This also happens when printed.

My customer is running 7.0.3 3/8/3002.  I am running 7.0.2 6/6/2007.
The symptoms are the same on both versions.
