Situation
Customer was running 7.0.3 hp1 Webaccess application and GW 7.0.2 agents.
End user would log into Webaccess. Webaccess would display -6 Mexico City for the time zone.

Resolution
Version mis-match.
Upgrading the agents to 703 hp1 resolved the issue.
