LAG does not run a FormFill "Autosubmit" if a requested LDAP attribute is not availble

Novell Access Manager Version 3

Novell Access Manager Linux Access Gateway

A Novell Access Manager FormFill policy has been defined to fill:
  • User name and password from the "Credential Profile"
  • Department Number from the "LDAP Attribute" departmentNumber

Situation

In the case the LDAP attribute "departmentNumber has not been set / defined on a given user object the "Auto Submit" process
  • will not run on a Linux Access Gateway (LAG)
  • runs as expected on a Netware Access Gateway (NAG)


Resolution

This issue has been addressed to engineering
