SNMP not generating user specific traps

Environment

Novell eDirectory 8.8 for NetWare 6.5

Situation

SNMP traps are not generated for some events that are directly related to a user object.  Examples would be a change password or a user account be enabled/disabled.

Resolution

 Fixed with eDir 8.8 sp3
