Emails sent from certain users never get delivered to GMS or other users' devices.

Any time an email is sent from a certain user from the GroupWise client, no others ever recieve those emails either in the GroupWise Mobile Server webPIM or on the device.


This happens when the user sending the email is logging to GroupWise using Direct mode. The email is delivered with out the POA's knowledge and thus the event record that triggers the GMS alert never gets sent.

To prevent change the post office access mode to client/server only. To change open consoleone, highlight the post office and select properties.
From the GroupWise tab select post office settings, then change the access mode to client/server only.
