Situation
The Deployment Status of a Directive Bundle set with Launch Actions Options set to "Run once " will display as "Not Effective " after the Deployment is completed successfully.
Resolution
This is working as designed. Deployment status is not effective on run once bundles.
If you bring up the bundle properties, the Launch Status shows as "Succeeded " because the bundle has been launched on the device.
The "Assignment Status " shows "Not Effective " because the the assignment is no longer effective once it has run once.
