ERROR: "Failed to bind to web service " after startup on some devices.
Stopping and restarting the ZENworks agent should correct the problem for a given session.

This error can be caused by a problem where the managed agent firewall handler can't open the agent port 7628 due to timeout of WMI service. This error does not indicate a problem receiving bundles, logging in etc. It is specific to a failure in the quick task service (remotely refreshing the agent, for example).
