Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management Migration
Situation
If an application is selected to Migrate using the ZCM Migration Utility, it does not add any chained applications to the list of applications for migration.
However, applications that are chained to the app that is being migrated are actually migrated.
Resolution
This is working as designed.
The chained and dependent applications are only resolved at the time of migration and they will be migrated automatically.
Additional Information
If any chained or dependent application fails to migrate, the main application being migrated will also fail (by design).
