Situation

POA would not stay loaded after returning the 'HTTP port already in use (8568).'

Resolution

Add the /httpport switch to te POA startup file as a temporary fix.

Run a Validate and Recover on the postoffice. This allows the /httpport to be removed, then restart the POA without the /httpport startup switch.
