Situation

ERROR: " The local device name has a remembered connection to another network resource" is seen on ConsoleOne when trying to connect to GroupWise Domain

Unable to connect to GroupWise Domain Database using ConsoleOne

Resolution

Make sure that the drive is correctly mapped to the Domain Directory and that the Domain Directory is accessible through a file browser. If not then Re-Map it. Try to connect again.
