Environment

Novell GroupWise 7 Support Pack 3

Situation

Using groupwise 7.0.3 at the server and the client side
Setting the auto delete of the trash items older than 9999 days at the post office and locked at that level , is being ignored by the nightly user upkeep and mails are deleted from the trash even if they are not older than 9999 days
Setting auto delete the trash items older than a lower value eg 965 days , works fine
No problems faced with groupwise 7.0.2 at the server and the client side

Workaround :

Set the number of days to a lower value eg 965 days and the nightly user upkeep will not delete the mails from the trash which are not older than 965 days
