Situation
Symptoms:
When click on an http link in GroupWise Messenger, it fails to launch Firefox application when Firefox version 3 is installed.

Workaround:
Make the following registry entry change (this assumes that the application was installed to the default path):
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\http\shell\open\command
Change the default key from
"c:\Program files\mozilla firefox\firefox.exe" -requestPending -osint -url "%1"
to
c:\progra~1\mozill~1\firefox.exe -requestPending -osint -url "%1"
Using the short path it works.
Earlier versions of Firefox used the shortened version by default.
Firefox version 3 uses the long version.
Other Windows applications that launch Firefox do not have a problem with the long path version.
