Novell GroupWise 7
Novell GroupWise 8

Situation

Webacc.cfg is not updating.
Changes in the GroupWiseProvider object don't seem to take affect.
Web Applications are not failing over to the back up WebAccess agents.

Resolution

A fix has been placed into GroupWise 8.0.1

Steps to Duplicate:
  1. ConsoleOne 1.3.6.
  2. Check time stamp of webacc.cfg.
  3. Make changes to the WebaccessProvider object.
  4. Expected changes may not take or the file will not have updated.
