ZCM infrastructure is not allowed to connect to the internet
PRUs needs to be downloaded and then inserted into a non-internet connected system

Product Recognition Update for ZENworks Configuration Management 10.0.3 System Requirements: This PRU only works with ZCM 10.0.3
Only a ZCM Administrator can manage PRUs.
The steps listed below assume the directory of C:\su, the ZCC Username of Administrator, and the Administrator password of novell. Change these in your steps as appropriate:
1) Download the 10.0.jun08pru.zip to a temporary directory such as C:\su. DO NOT unzip this file.
2) Open a command prompt or terminal and change the directory to %ZENworks_Home%\bin. The default location of %ZENworks_Home% is C:\Program Files\Novell\Zenworks on a windows server or /etc/opt/novell/zenworks on a Linux server
3) Run the following command:
zman suei c:\su\10.0.jun08pru.zip -U=Administrator -P=novell (NOTE: modify this command for the location of the download and your administrator name and password)
