Situation

ZAM/ZDM agents upgraded to ZCM will use a new RANDOM GUID when the GUID is not stored in ZISD

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2 - see KB 7010044 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Cause

The ZCM agent did not check the registry for the existing GUID when the GUID was not available in ZISD.
