Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management
Situation
On Linux managed devices, some agent installs may fail if prior version agent had been uninstalled prevously.
ERROR:
/opt/novell/zenworks/share/zmd/java/bin/java: error while loading shared
libraries: libjli.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Exiting with error code 127

Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2 - see KB 7010044 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
