Novell SSLVPN update in Access Manager Support Pack 3 Interim Release 2

Situation

Novell Access Manager 3 Support Pack (SP) 3 Interim Release (IR) 1 included a number of fixes for SSLVPN modules. Novell Access Manager 3 SP3 IR2 also includes SSLVPN modules, but these modules are identical to those shipped with Novell Access Manager 3 SP3 IR1.

The reason for doing this is becaused Novell Access Manager 3 SP3 IR1 was removed when the SP3 IR2 patch was released. Anyone still on Novell Access Manager 3 SP3 that wanted to update to SP3 IR2 would need this SSLVPN update.

Resolution

Systems updated to Novell Access Manager 3 SP3 IR1 do not need to apply the SSLVPN component from SP3 IR2. All other components need to be updated.
