Situation

Symptoms:
Unable to get to the GMS login page after restoring the ASA database
ERROR: "Connection not allowed to Secure Gateway on x.x.x.x, another server is listed as the primary enterprise server"
ERROR: "Mobile Gateway unable to communicate with Secure Gateway on localhost/127.0.0.1:80"
ERROR: "Unexpected failure detected: NullPointerException"
Unable to get to the GroupWise Mobile Server login page
Change:
Migrated the ASA database from one server to another server
Uninstalled and reinstalled the GroupWise Mobile Server and restored the database from backup

Resolution

Corrective Steps:
1) Launch a web browser on the GMS server
3) Click on the Enterprise Info link
4) Check the box below the Enterprise Name and click on Remove Enterprise tab
5) Restart the Intellisync Services from Start | Run | services.msc
