Cannot select RPT files to import into Crystal Reports

When trying to import RPT (report) files for Sentinel into the Crystal Reports server the RPT file type was not visible. A development system with the same configuration worked properly.


The Crystal server did not have a license installed properly and as a result was running in non-licensed mode. The Central Management Console can be used to add or change licenses to resolve this error.
