Cannot install 6.4.2.378 agent to some non-English platforms

Environment

Novell ZENworks Patch Management 6.4 - ZPM6.4 Agent

Situation

ERROR: "An error occurred while applying security settings. Users is not a valid user or group"

Installing latest agent to Swedish W2k results in a 1609 error

Resolution

Fixed in ZPM 6.4 SP1a and later

Workarounds:

Using Microsoft Orca, you can delete the Table "LockPermissions" and save the changes. This allows the MSI to install
As a temporary workaround for new machines, install the previous version of the agent using https://www.novell.com/communities/node/3361/zenworks-patch-management-agent-utility and specify the correct path for installation

Additional Information

This will affect any OS that doesn't use "users" as the name of the users group
