Symptoms:
LDAP Contextless Login fails with errors
When WAN link goes down, LDAP Contextless Login fails with errors even though servers in local location has replica of all user partitions
The only Server in the location which has replica of ROOT partition goes down or crashes

Resolution
Corrective Actions:
Add replica of tree ROOT partition on all LDAP servers configured for LDAP ContextLess Login. If LDAP contextless login configured at remote locations, keep at least one server with a replica of ROOT in every remote site

Notes:
Since tree-walking will starts from the ROOT of the eDirectory tree in a LDAP ContextLess login environment, login will fails to LDAP servers without replica of tree ROOT partition.
