Situation
When trying to
install the Remote Management Viewer on a machine that has just had
IE7 installed, the MSI runs, but the 'Install Remote Management
Viewer' link is still present, and the viewer does not appear in
add/remove programs.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.1.1 - see KB 7001406 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.1.1" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
