Situation

When clicking on the "Did you forget your password?" link during login, the following error is received. "Unable to read Password Policy for user user.context. Please check your tree, username, and context."

Resolution

Make sure the Tree, context and server are all filled out. If the Tree name is missing, the above error will be encountered.
