ZCM BOE install to W2K3 Fr language server reports install completed. No errors. Doesn't work.

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

Install of BusinessObjects Enterprise (BOE) to French language W2K3 server reports as complete. Doesn't work after the install.
 
Error: "There are no Business Objects Reporting servers configured in the Management Zone." when trying to use it.

BOE install to French language server takes about 5 minutes.
 
BOE install to English language server takes about 15 minutes.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.1 - see KB 7001200 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with SP1 (10.1)" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
 
Workaround: install BOE to an English language W2K3 server.
