Situation
ERROR: "Java.Lang.NullPointerException"
clicking on Patch Management Subscription page.
Upgrade from ZCM 10.0.1 or 10.0.2 to ZCM 10.0.3
Upgrade from ZCM 10.0.1 or 10.0.2 to ZCM 10.0.3
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.1 - see KB 7001200 "ZENworks
10 Configuration Management with SP1 (10.1)" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Workaround:
Workaround:
- Stop Novell ZENworks Server Service
- delete the directory
/share/tomcat/work/Catalina/localhost - Re-start Novell ZENworks Server Service
- Let all the services come back up
- Relaunch ZCC
