Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Support Pack 1 - ZDM7 SP1 Imaging
Situation
The HP dc7800 SFF (small form factor) or USD (ultraslim desktop) units do not work correctly with the ZDM7SP1Ir1HP1 and prior Imaging code. These are fairly new workstations as of 2008. There is a need to add functionality to the ZEN product to image these machines.
Resolution
Fixed in ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Service Pack 1 Interim Release 3a, see KB 3484245 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
