Situation
When some users , using groupwise 7.0.3 client , replies to or forwards an email , the text formatting appears in the message body of the email. The default read view is Plain Text. The problem is not encountered while composing a new mail
Resolution
Fix:
1) Under the groupwise client of the user , click on Tools ---> Options ----> Environment ---->Views
2) Click on set default view
3) Save and exit the client and relogin and test
