Situation
Purpose:
How to setup multiple Relay Hosts in GroupWise Internet Agent (GWIA)?
Resolution
Multiple relay hosts can be specified in GWIA, so that if the primary relay host is not available, the Internet Agent tries the next relay host in the list.
Corrective Steps:
1) In ConsoleOne, right-click the GroupWise Internet Agent object, then click Properties.
2) If the SMTP/MIME Settings page is not the default page, click SMTP/MIME > Settings.
3) In Relay Host for outbound messages field specify the IP addresses or DNS names of the relay hosts. Use a space in between relay hosts in the list.
/mh is the corresponding switch in GWIA configuration file i.e. gwia.cfg (default location of gwia.cfg is sys:\system in Netware and /opt/novell/groupwise/agents/share in Linux)
