Novell Client for Windows 2000/XP/2003 4.91 Support Pack 4 Utilities
Situation
After moving the Broker and Manager to another context and creating a bunch of new PAs, some users get the Winsock 10101 error when attempting to install a printer.
Installing via the IPP page or using iPrntCmd have the same results.

Older PAs installed via RPM still work.
Resolution
Uninstalling the iPrint client via Add/Remove Programs did not resolve the issue.
The iPrint client needs to be uninstalled using NIPP -U or NIPP -SU, then the iPrint client can be reinstalled.

An enhancement request has been submitted to engineering to add the ability to uninstall the iPrint client with the switches.
Sometimes it is also necessary to uninstall ipp client with NIPP -SU with user profile instead of just with the Administrator account

Additional Information
The problem stemmed from applying iprntnw65sp7 to the server. Workstations that already had NIPP432 installed gradually developed the Winsock problem. Those that didn't have any iPrint client installed before the server patch was installed did not have any trouble.
