Unable to access GroupWise Mobile Server after moving the Post Office

Environment

NetWare 7 Support Pack 2
GroupWise Mobile Server 2
Windows Enterprise Server 2003
Novell GroupWise 7 Support pack 2

Situation

Post Office is moved to a new server user's are unable to Authenticate or Synchronize through GroupWise Mobile Server Accounts.

1.While changing the Authentication Source [GroupWise Mobile Server Admin Console > Intellisync Mobile Suite > Profile Settings > Novell GroupWise > Default Right click and go to Properties]

2. At access tab when we try to toggle the IP address and reenter original IP Address

We get ERROR: Unable to connect to GroupWise Server:http//[Post office IP address]

Resolution

1. Try to connected to a different Post Office Agent which has SOAP port enabled.
at Authentication Source [GroupWise Mobile Server Admin Console > Intellisync Mobile Suite > Profile Settings > Novell GroupWise > Default Right click and go to Properties]
2. You should be able to connect successfully.
3. Reinstalled the GroupWise Agents NLM on the Post Office Server from the Software Distribution Directory.
4. Load the Post Office Agent.
