After enabling LDAP Authentication the admin user can no longer log in to Teaming

Situation

Symptoms:
After configuring LDAP authentication users cannot login to Teaming
After Configuring LDAP authentication the admin user cannot login to Teaming
After adding LDAP authentication to the Enterprise Admin portlet in Teaming and enabling LDAP authentication no users can login including the admin user.
 
This problem is specific to Teaming 1.x and does NOT apply to Teaming 2.x.

Additional Information

Root Cause:
When LDAP authentication was configured the option for export was left enabled. This option is enable by default but should be disabled. Also, when left enabled it has a default path of "dc=example,dc=com" which is usually invalid.
