Situation
TO: field is left blank on a 'Reply to All' if the originating message contained the same address in both the FROM: and CC: fields.
Message will not send either in WebAccess or from the client.
Resolution
This was a problem in an earlier version of GroupWise as well. The resolution is to update to GroupWise 7.0.3.
Support Pack 3 changed the coding in the client and in WebAccess to allow the TO: field to be left blank and still have a message send out successfully as long as there are addresses in the CC: field(s).
