Steps To Duplicate:
This issue can only be seen on few Teaming Servers and not all
1. Login as a user
2. Click My workspace
3. Click File folder
4. Click Folder view | WebDAV file directory
5. Login if it asks for login information. A Windows Explorer open and there is a folder named File folder. Double click on it and Windows Explorer will be on the same folder
Notes:
This seems to be a Client issue, possibly Windows Explorer but not a Server issue because Server is returning the correct data. However, some how Windows Explorer sees a phantom folder. Moreover, this can be seen only with few Teaming Server and not all Teaming Servers. Viewing the folder using WebDrive does not cause a phantom folder to be seen
