ZCM 10.0.2 logging into the ZCC shows a blank web page

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.0.2
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2

Situation

When trying to login to the ZCC web page, it shows a blank screen. No errors are seen.

Resolution

Duplicate system-update.jar and system-update-datamodel.jar files were found in: C:\Program Files\Novell\ZENworks\lib\java.
Delete the old jar files and restart the ZENworks services. Log back into the ZCC.
