Novell Identity Manager GroupWise Driver and the Distribution List with adding CC/BC

By default when you add a person to a GroupWise Distribution List (DL), the driver adds them as a "TO". You may want to add them as a "BC" or "CC". In the GroupWise driver guide it shows an example of how to do it via XSLT. Are there other examples?
