This has been fixed in GroupWise 8.
- Login to GroupWise Client and send a mail to any other GroupWise user with subject "ä½ å¥½,æåéå¤ªå¤ª"
- Login as the recipient
- Right Click on the message that was sent in step 1 and click "Save As..."
- Change the "Current directory:" to Desktop
- Change the "Saved message format:" if needed
- Click Save
- It shows that it is Saved but the file is not created on the Desktop
