Situation
Creating a user on a SLES 10 SP1 post office gives a 601 - Error, GroupWise missing required attributes
Resolution
Regraft the post office.
This option is available if you right mouse click on the post office object in ConsoleOne and select GroupWise Utilities and then Graft GroupWise Objects.
Additional Information
Steps to Duplicate:
Install a brand new secondary domain and post office with 7.03.
Connect to the secondary domain from ConsoleOne on Linux.
Attempt to create user by selecting the post office and choosing New, then User.
Select container to place user in.
Fill out user Name, Surname, and Unique ID, then hit OK.
Error is then generated.
eDirectory user object is created, but there is no user in the post office.
Regraft the post office, and try recreating the user again.
User creation is now successful.
Connect to the secondary domain from ConsoleOne on Linux.
