Situation

Microsoft Office 2007 products don't appear in ZDM 7.1 IR1 HP2 canned reports for any of the following predefined (canned) reports:

Microsoft Office Components By Machine
Microsoft Office Installation Count
Microsoft Office By Machine

Resolution

Fixed in ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Service Pack 1 Interim Release 4 Hot Patch 1, see KB 3484245 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Prior to fix, the workaround is:
Use general software reports using additional filters, for example:

Vendor Name: Microsoft Corporation

Software Name: Microsoft Office Professional 2007

Software Version: 12.0
