Situation
When installing NSL in a pure-Microsoft Active Directory environment,
the MMC Snapin is not installed.
DUPLICATION STEPS:
Run setup.exe
Select Active Directory
Select "No" smart card
When asked to make selections, check on "Manage Group Policies"
Note that there is no option to "install MMC snapins"

Resolution
The workaround is to navigate to the SecureLogin\Tools directory, and run
regsvr32 ssommc.dll
Problem has not been reported with NSL 6.1.
