Situation
Mail shows wrong content when switched to HTML View
Mail becomes garbled when switched to HTML View
Mail shows wrong information when switched to HTML View
Resolution
This has been fixed in GroupWise 8. At the time of writing this TID, GroupWise 8 was in Public Beta
Workaround Steps
1. Launch Internet Explorer
2. Click View | Encoding and uncheck Auto-Select
OR
Change the following Registry Key
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\International\AutoDetect" to 0
OR
"HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-3537973677-1929148013-3516982429-1005\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\International\AutoDetect" to 0
S-1-5-21-3537973677-1929148013-3516982429-1005 in the above example is different for different workstations. This is normally the second last key in HKEY_USERS
