Novell ZENworks Patch Management 6.4 - ZPM6.4
Situation
Service Pack 1 (SP1) for the ZPM Update Agent for Windows/Linux/Unix/Mac contains the latest enhancements and defects fixes that stabilizes the Agent to increase performance and reliability.
Service Pack 1a (SP1a) is a revision to SP1 which resolves minor installation issues and defects discovered with SP1.
Service Pack 1b (SP1b) is the second revision to SP1 which resolves minor installation issues with foreign operating systems.

ZENworks Patch Management Agent for Windows 6.4 SP1 contains the latest cumulative fixes and performance enhancements. Customers are highly recommended to install this update.

Resolution
Prerequisites
- Windows Installer 2.0 or higher will be needed to proceed with the installation.
Apply this update to upgrade all Update Agent computers AFTER upgrading the ZENworks Patch Management Server (ZPMS) to version 6.4.2.1378 or higher.
Installation
There are two methods of delivery for the Support Pack 1 Agent Update:

Installation Notes
- This update will upgrade previous Agent versions 6.0 to version 6.4.2.405
- Reboot is not required.
Known Issues
- 43965: Vista: The uninstalled agent still appears in the devices list on Update Server when uninstalled by a user in the Administrators Group that is not Administrator
- 44786: Cannot install 6.4 SP1 Agent on Domain Controller
