Situation

Users received the following error attempting to access documents.
Error: E51B
User(s) were recently moved from one postoffice to another.
Rights to documents were granted by a Distribution List (DL).
Visibilty for the DL was set to Post Office only.

Resolution

Change Visibilty for the DL Properties to 'Domain' or 'System.' and allow the change to replicate to the post office(s).
