Situation
Error: NMAS -1639 Invalid Operation
Error was seen in the Radius debuglog.
No user was able to authenticate.

Resolution
We removed the sequences that where not needed like Universal Smart
Card and only left in the sequences that where actually used for
Radius NMAS authentication.
Additional Information
On the Login Policy object where you can define the rules for the
Dial Access System object all available sequences where selected
and tight to the rule with an enforcement of mandantory.
These sequences included Universal Smart Card method as well.
For an authentication request that comes in a user then need to fullfill all the defined sequences before he is allowed through.
