Situation
SecureLogin queries for Public Key every two seconds.
Steps to duplicate:
1. Install SecureLogin as above.
2. Set trace utility to capture traffic to and from the workstation, and let the workstation sit idle for a few minutes.
3. The trace will show that the workstation make a query for the public key every two seconds.

Fixed in NSL6.1sp1 or later.
