Situation
Cannot view some documents and get page showing Rendering File View but then a blank page
Resolution
The server was loading two instances Webaccess agents and two
Document Viewer agents on the same server. Unloading one
Webaccess Agent resolved the issue.
Modify load scripts or NCF files to insure only one instance
of Webaccess is loaded.
Additional Information
If Clustered: Check load Scripts. The load scripts can
be noted in the config.txt. Type load config on the server
console to create sys:/system/config.txt file and check for
multiple instances of loading Webaccess. Correct by modifying
the cluster resource load scripts for all resources in ConsoleOne
under the properties of the cluster resource.
If not clustered: check contents of .ncf files noted in the
autoexec.ncf that may be loading Webaccess more then one
time.
