Changes in shared address book are not synchronized to user in other post office
Changes in shared address book are very slow synchronizing to user in other post office

This problem is seen when an update to the shared address book has been made, but the owner of the address book has not shut down their client (and notify if running). The update to a shared address book will not occur until the person who owns/modifies the Address book has shutdown both their client and notify.

Steps to duplicate:
===========
1) create DOM1 and create 2 post office PO1 and PO2
2) create on PO1 USER1 and on PO2 USER2
3) connect to USER1 from a workstation, create a new address book, add an entry and share the address book with USER2
4) connect on a other workstation to USER2, and accept the shared address book
5) after the address book has been synchronized, you will see the entry.
6) change with USER1 an attribute of the entry. You will never receive the update at USER2.
7) close the address book and the GroupWise client from USER1. Refresh (select another address book and then select the shared address book) the address book of USER2 and you will see the update.
