Crystal Reports XI

Situation

Reports do not run with Crystal Reports XI when using windows authentication.

Resolution

First, follow the steps exactly as outlined in the revised document on how to install Crystal XI with windows authentication. (Note: Please repeat as there have been numerous occasions when all steps were not completed as outlined.)

Second, set a "Named User” Account as instructed in the document.
