This will be fixed in GroupWise 7.0.3 or later.

Steps to duplicate:
===================
1) Install the groupwise client to be used for German language
2) open the help and try to search for icons (Ikoonen) you will find nothing
3) remove the client
4) install the groupwise client on English
5) open the help and search for icons. You will find several pages.
